Paul Greenfield, 56, formerly of Dewitt, passed away Fri., Nov. 13, of Lewy Body Dementia. Paul was an avid sports fan, especially for the Syracuse Orangemen.

On Saturday, March 28, 2020, Mike VanSlyke, beloved husband and step-father of Aaron and Thia, passed away at the age of 57.

Signe Anna Dietrichson of Deland, FL passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019 surrounded by her beloved family following a brave battle with lung and bone cancer.

Kevin J. Plumridge October 3, 2019 Kevin J. Plumridge, 55, passed away on October 3, 2019 in the Palliative Unit at Loretto. Born and raised in the Syracuse area, Kevin graduated from Jamesville-Dewitt High School and served his country as a proud member of the 101st Airborne Division of the US Army.

Mr. Stephen Earl Potter, age 56, of Silver Point, TN passed away Tuesday morning August 20, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Christopher Fondy aka Christopher Michael Acquafondata died suddenly of a heart attack on September 4, 2018 at his home in Syracuse, NY. He would have been 54 on September 27.

Richard P. O'Connor Jr., 54, of DeWitt, passed away on Tuesday at University Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and after graduating Jamesville-DeWitt High School he attended OCC and LeMoyne College.

Fritz Mueller, 53, of Henrietta, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on November 27, 2017. Fritz was born and raised in Jamesville, NY.

Karen (Hair) Roede, age 51, a native of Syracuse, NY and of her adopted home state of Washington, dedicated military wife and devoted mother, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

John M. "Skinny" Cahill, 51, of Fayetteville, passed away suddenly on Thursday. Born in Syracuse on July 10, 1964, he was the son of John and Mary Lou Cahill.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy Duell, 49, of Syracuse and formerly of Jamesville passed away on Sunday. John was a roofer/mason and an avid outdoorsman.

Jennie Lynne Heffernan Virag, 32, of 4372 South St., Jamesville, died Friday at University Hospital from injuries she received in a car accident in Hastings, Oswego County.

Former Syracuse area resident Andrew Frederick Lewis, 28, died Saturday at University Hospital.
